Journey Into Hips

Let’s go deep, explore and unravel hip and low back tension. Maybe even learn something new about the lovely low body structure that stabilizes us and gives us the ability to run, walk , jump and play. Every week will be a unique focus embodying the breath, mindful movement and visualization around the hips, legs and low back area.

Awaken the Shoulders Series

Although the shoulder girdle is brilliantly designed to be extremely mobile, more often than not, it feels the opposite due to the weight of the world we carry on our shoulders. Why not lighten the load? Let’s rediscover shoulder mobility through the exploration of movement of the bones and the soft tissues that make up the shoulder girdle and how these movements impact the spine.

JJ's Dance Jam

A fun, high-energy dance class for women! A safe space to tap into and play around with that beautiful, sensual feminine energy you possess through movement and dance.  Come treat yourself to this virtual dance party!

For Women 18+.  All levels are welcome.  No previous dance experience needed just a willingness to learn, have fun, support and cheer on the fierceness of your fellow ladies. See you at the party!

Rise & Shine

Let’s invigorate the spine as we gently explore and weave together the breath with the movements within Sun Salutation. We’ll take our time basking in the different asanas that create this vitalizing sequence. This practice is more about how we move mindfully from one asana to the next rather than speeding through as many rounds as we can.
