More About The Program

Ease is not the absence of effort, but the presence of integration.

In this program, we invite ease back into the body—through gentle, intentional movement that honours your current state. It’s a softening of “shoulds,” and a reconnection to what is sustainable, nourishing, and kind.

Session intention:

Unwind tension, reclaim space, and cultivate effortlessness through somatic integration, breath-led sequences, and grounding practices.

Awareness is the doorway to change.

Together, we develop body-based awareness that sharpens your inner listening and illuminates subtle sensations, habits, and patterns—without judgment.

Session intention:

Practice embodied observation through guided movement, mindful pauses, and breath sensing. Awareness leads to agency.

Soma means the living body from within.

Somatic movement invites us to slow down and feel—not just stretch or strengthen, but deeply sense and shift. It allows the body’s intelligence to lead.

Session intention:

Explore gentle, therapeutic movement sequences that support nervous system regulation, mobility, and deeper connection to self.

Embodiment is presence in motion.

It’s the integration of all the above: the felt sense, the conscious breath, the moving meditation. You’ll explore what it means to fully inhabit yourself—authentically and intuitively.

Session intention:

Combine mindfulness, breathwork, and organic movement to build rituals that anchor you into daily life.

“We blend the science of nervous system regulation with the art of presence and movement.”

Julia Juhas

Julia is a professional performing artist, certified yoga teacher, embodied mindful movement coach, educator, dancer, and group facilitator. With over three decades of experience as both a practitioner and guide, she brings a blend of knowledge and intuitive insight to her work.

In the midst of her career as a professional dancer and musical theatre performer, she faced two life-changing challenges: a rare knee injury and a diagnosis of Ankylosing Spondylitis. Both conditions severely impacted her ability to move and nearly ended her career as a dancer. Because of these events, she shifted her approach to movement and yoga.

Julia’s approach is truly unique—a meditation in motion, offering a deep, soothing massage for the nervous system, inviting practitioners to cultivate patience as they move at their own pace. This practice encourages exploration and play guiding you in discovering the unique language of your body and uncovering patterns of tension and holding whether it be physical, mental or emotional, that may be limiting your daily function.

In sessions, Julia safely guides you in helping you create a fully integrated system—one where your body and mind are deeply connected.
