Rediscover Shoulder Mobility and Ease Series

$30 single class or $100 for the full series
(HST included).

Four 75-minute embodied movement classes over 4 weeks designed to ease tension in the shoulders, neck, and upper body. Through breath, mindful movement, visualization, and gentle mobility work, we’ll explore the connection between the shoulders, shoulder blades, ribcage, and spine – inviting greater freedom without strain or force.

Open the Heart & Let Love Within Shine

An invitation to reflect on, explore and become aware of areas in our lives where we can develop compassion, love and forgiveness towards ourselves and others. We’ll meditate, practise deep supported relaxation as well as taking our time to breathe into backbends and circular motions to create space and expansion in the heart centre. This workshop is bound to give you the feeling of a nice, warm, loving hug and hopefully inspire a sense of deep internal self-love.

Detox & Recharge

It’s always a great time to detox and recharge! In this practice we’ll focus on stimulating the lymphatic system which facilitates the immune system to filter out toxins, damaged cells and particles that are unnecessary to carry through the body.  This practice can also be a metaphor in filtering out and detoxing aspects of our lives that no longer serve us…pump it out and let it dissolve. Let’s elevate our spirits, our lymphatic system and our body as a whole. Treat yourself to the boost you deserve.

Journey Into The Hips

Let’s dive deep into exploring and releasing tension in the hips and lower back—the foundation of our body that stabilizes us and gives us the freedom to run, walk, jump, and play. Each week, we’ll focus on a unique area, integrating breath, mindful movement, and visualization to unlock greater mobility and ease in the hips, legs, and low back. Warning: You may experience increased mobility, release, and newfound ease in your lower body!

Rediscover Shoulder Mobility

The shoulder girdle is designed for remarkable mobility, yet it often feels stiff and restricted from the weight we carry—both physically and emotionally. In this workshop series, we’ll lighten the load by integrating the breath and mindful movement to reconnect with the bones and soft tissues of the shoulder girdle. Together, we’ll explore how these movements not only restore shoulder mobility but also influence the health of the spine.

Rise Up! Rise Up!

Let’s invigorate the spine as we gently explore and weave together the breath with the movements of Sun Salutation. We’ll take our time basking in the different asanas that create this vitalizing sequence. This practice emphasizes quality of movement over quantity, encouraging a slower, more intentional flow rather than rushing through multiple rounds.

Live Music Yoga

Open your heart and rejuvenate your yoga practice with live music. Relax, go deep and soak up the soothing sounds of an acoustic guitar and a singer’s voice as you ground, breathe and elongate the spine. Take your time, move gently and, heck, why not hum or sing along if you wish?

Awaken the Artist

A yoga inspired, somatic movement approach that delves deep into the nervous system to help unravel tension and unleash creativity. This practice is intuitive and encourages the exploration of movement unique to the individual actor. The actor will learn ways to utilize the breath, gravity and the support of the ground underneath them to build a deeper connection with their body and to help centre the actor so that they can feel more freedom and presence in their performances.
