Explore the four essential movements of the spine — flexion, extension, lateral flexion, and rotation — through a deeply somatic lens.

With gentle anatomy, breath, and inner awareness, we’ll soften patterns of tension and invite the spine to move like water: fluid, alive, and free.



Awaken Shoulder Mobility

Ever feel rounded, stiff, or held in your upper body?

This workshop offers a chance to sense into the quiet dance of your shoulder blades, collarbones, ribs, and breath — and discover how mindful, somatic awareness can bring softness, space, and strength so your shoulders can truly breathe.



Journey Into the Hips

Where grounding meets freedom.

Through somatic inquiry, release work, and gentle movement, we’ll explore the deep layers of the iliopsoas and hip joints — softening patterns we carry in the pelvis and discovering a new rootedness and ease that radiates through the whole body.
