If you’re feeling tension, discomfort, or mental distractions, Julia is here to safely guide you in exploring how it might feel to release those barriers through somatic integration, mindful movement, breath awareness, and visualization. Together, we’ll create space for you to move with greater ease and discover a deeper sense of freedom in both body and mind. Julia also integrates Microcurrent Point Stimulation (MPS) into the 1:1 sessions. MPS may encourage a deeper pathway into the Vagus nerve, helping to regulate and reshape the nervous system, while promoting healthier + more efficient vagal tone. Sessions are available both virtually and in-person and are tailored to meet your individual needs.
