Two new 4-week series in embodied movement

There is a kind of knowing that lives in the joints.
A silent wisdom in the space between bones.
If you pause long enough, you’ll feel it: the breath of the shoulders, the song of the hips.

This June, I invite you to journey inward with two embodied movement series—designed not just to stretch or strengthen, but to listen, release, and return.

Rediscover Shoulder Mobility

Tuesdays, June 3–24 • 10:00–11:30am • $189 HST included

The shoulder girdle is one of the most mobile and expressive regions of the human body. Unlike other joints, the shoulders aren’t directly anchored to the skeleton—making them agile, responsive, and also vulnerable. They’re influenced by posture, breath, emotional load, and even the way we orient ourselves in the world.

Yet so many of us carry tightness in this space—hunched over computers, bracing from the cold, holding stress quietly in our upper backs.

In this 4-week series, you’ll explore:

  • Breath-led movement to release tension and restore healthy motion
  • Anatomic awareness of the shoulder blade, collarbone, and arm bones
  • How shoulder mobility supports the neck, ribs, and spine
  • Gentle, therapeutic practices for daily life

Come lighten the physical and emotional weight. Move like your arms were meant to—open, fluid, and alive.

Journey Into the Hips

Thursdays, June 5–26 • 10:00–11:30am • $189 HST included

Our hips are our roots. They give us stability, direction, and mobility. They anchor our posture, influence our gait, and hold powerful stories—of sitting too long, of stress, of moments we’ve frozen or fled.

Restricted hips can show up as low back pain, sluggish energy, or a feeling of disconnection from the ground.

In this series, you’ll:

  • Explore the deep layers of the hip joint and pelvis
  • Gently unwind tension in the hip flexors, glutes, and sacrum
  • Use movement, breath, and imagery to create new patterns of support
  • Reconnect to the lower body with curiosity, reverence, and freedom

Expect relief. Expect openness. Expect to walk away with a sense of home in your lower half.

🧭 Series Details at a Glance:

  • Each series is 4 weeks of 90-minute sessions
  • Held in a quiet, supportive environment
  • Movement is gentle, intentional, and adaptable
  • No prior experience needed—just your presence

If your body is calling for space, for softness, for a return to rhythm—
this is your invitation.
