Reflections from the 2025 Summit of Greatness: Curiosity, Courage, and Connection
There’s something about stepping into a space where everyone is showing up fully — a room buzzing with heart, intention, and presence. That was the Summit of Greatness 2025 in L.A. As an actor it was an absolute honour to be attending this event at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, where the Oscars are held. I hope one day I’ll be on that stage looking up
From the moment I arrived, I was immersed in a tapestry of inspiration and magic: speakers whose words stirred deep insights and emotions, performers whose voices spoke volumes, and fellow attendees whose energy reminded me that we’re all navigating our own journeys, yet deeply connected.
A few lessons from the summit that are still echoing in me:
Curiosity is the gateway to brain change.
Andrew Huberman reminded us that staying curious rewires the brain. This isn’t just about learning more — it’s about inviting new possibilities, shifting perspective, and staying open to the unexpected.
Many runners, one race.
Matthew Hussey’s analogy hit me hard: we each have our own path. We run our own race with many runners. Before bed, pass the baton and wake up the next morning with the new runner. Don’t blame the old runner for any mis-steps just keep moving forward and at the end of the day pass the baton to the next runner.
Comparison steals joy, alignment creates it.
Every step we take, however small, is ours to honour.
The worst kind of bullying? Bullying yourself.
It’s easy to be our own harshest critic, but the words we speak inwardly shape our reality, our confidence, and our courage. The gentleness we extend to ourselves ripples outward, influencing everything we do.
This summit reminded me that greatness is not about perfection, accolades, or achievement — it’s about showing up fully, listening deeply, and sharing your gifts with the world.
I left with a heart full of inspiration and a renewed commitment to my work: serving, guiding, and inspiring people to invite more movement, expression, and ease into their lives.
Magic lives in connection, curiosity, and courage. And sometimes, it shows up in the quiet, synchronistic moments that leave you smiling long after the weekend ends.
Here’s to more of that magic — in 2026 and beyond.
How are you showing up fully today?
Take a moment to pause, notice, and move in a way that honors your body, mind, and heart.
