30 Minute Immunity Boost
Join me in this practice to Boost Immunity especially in the time we’re in, seasonally and with Covid cases rising. We could all use a little elevation in our spirits, our lymphatic system and our system as a whole being. Treat yourself to the boost you deserve, it’s been a year! In both parts 1 & 2 we’ll focus specifically on stimulating the lymphatic system which facilitates the immune system to filter out toxins, damaged cells and particles that no longer serve us. This practice can also be a metaphor in filtering out and detoxing aspects of our lives that no longer serve us…pump it out and let it dissolve!! In part one the practice will be seated and in part two the practice will be done in a supine position. You know the drill. As always, you do you.
